Diffuse Douche Thérapie offers shower diffusers infused with organic essential oils, as well as other wellness products. The descriptions, illustrations, and indications on the products available are as accurate as possible. However, in the event of a discrepancy or inaccuracy, Diffuse Douche Thérapie cannot be held responsible.
Orders
Orders are made exclusively online via our website. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for a legitimate reason.
Price and payment
Product prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated in addition and specified before order validation.
Payment is made by the secure means offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Delivery
We deliver to Quebec and Canada, within the timeframes indicated when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the availability of the products and the carrier. In the event of a delay, Diffuse Douche Thérapie cannot be held responsible. The risks associated with delivery are transferred to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
Returns and Customer Service
At Diffuse Douche Thérapie, customer satisfaction is paramount. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges after your order has been shipped. However, you may modify or cancel your order as long as shipping has not yet been confirmed.
